Award Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, guidelines and requirements for receiving “Award” in IDCHR. By accepting the Award, you (the “Recipient”) agree to abide by these Terms. The Award is presented by The International Diplomatic Commission Of Human Rights

  1. Eligibility:
  • The Award is open to individuals and organizations who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and contributions in [specific field or category related to the Award].
    • Recipients must meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Organization, which may include residency, age, or other specific requirements.
  • Nomination and Selection Process:
  • Recipients may be nominated by individuals, organizations, or the general public through a nomination process established by the Organization.
    • The selection process will be conducted by a panel of judges appointed by the IDCHR, whose decision shall be final.
  • Notification and Acceptance:
  • Recipients will be notified of their selection via email or other means of communication provided during the nomination process.
    • Recipients must confirm their acceptance of the Award within [number of days] days of receiving the notification.
  • Publicity and Media Release:
  • By accepting the Award, Recipients grant the Organization the right to use their names, likenesses, and Award-related information for publicity and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
  • Award Presentation:
  • The Award will be presented to the Recipient during a formal ceremony or event organized by the Organization. The date, time, and location of the ceremony will be communicated to the Recipient in advance.
  • Attendance at Award Ceremony:
  • Recipients are encouraged to attend the Award ceremony in person to receive the Award and participate in the event.
  • Travel and Expenses:
  • The Organization may or may not provide travel arrangements and accommodation for Recipients who need to travel to the Award ceremony, subject to the Organization’s policies and budget.
  • Confidentiality:
  • All information and details provided by the Organization and the selection panel during the nomination and selection process shall be treated as confidential.
  • Disqualification:
  • The Organization reserves the right to disqualify any Recipient who is found to have provided false or misleading information during the nomination process or who violates these Terms.
  1. Changes to Terms:
  • The Organization reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the Organization’s website or other official channels.

By accepting the Award, the Recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and any additional requirements specified by the Organization.
